Our standard sheet dimensions are 1220mm x 2440mm, with custom lengths available up to 3000mm for high-ceiling commercial designs. We manufacture thicknesses of 2.5mm, 2.8mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, and 4.0mm. We maintain a strict thickness tolerance of ±0.05mm and a flatness deviation of less than 0.2mm per sheet.
We use a dual-pass liquid polyurethane UV coating cured by high-intensity ultraviolet lamps. This forms a cross-linked polymer network that provides 3H-4H scratch resistance, chemical resistance to diluted acids/alkalis, and excellent UV resistance to prevent yellowing or fading.
